Even though we do our very best to add something special to your Gardrobe with every purchase, it sometimes so happens that it’s not according to your wishes. Find the instructions below for exchanging or returning a product.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item for another size, colour or other article, please follow below return instructions. Then place a new order just like you did before.

 

RETURNS

  1. First, note Gardrobe store that you would like to return an item. Please send an e-mail to shop@gardrobestore.com with all the basic info we need: product description, style code, colour and size. Just so we know what’s coming our way!
  2. Log into your account, click on ‘Returns’ and select the item you would like to return. To maintain good customer service, we are interested in hearing why you would like to return your product. You can fill this out in the box ‘Comment’.
  3. You should have received an invoice in the box along with your goodies. Write your return ID on that invoice, include it again in the return box and send it to:

You can return any unwanted items to us, up to a maximum of 14 days after receiving the goods. Please note that the returned items must be sent back in resalable condition, meaning unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with the tags still attached. You´ll get a full refund for your items once they have been received in the same condition and approved by Gardrobe store. Returning articles is at the customer's expense and risk, so we advise you to provide the return shipment with a tracking number so you can always check if your return has reached us.

 

We process our returns as soon as possible, at least twice a week. As soon as the product is received and checked, you will receive an e-mail from us, as well as when we have refunded your return.

 

Please note that products purchased with a giftcard or products on sale can only be exchanged and not returned. Products purchased in our store can only be exchanged or returned in our store. Products sent back without any notice won't be taken into consideration.

 

IMPORTANT! For residents outside the EU: make sure you mark the box as ´return commercial sample´ and don’t forget to add the invoice you received from us, otherwise Gardrobe store will be charged with customs duties, which we will then charge to you.
